Saterday 12 July 2008 (long story to complain) went to work .. i.m so happy .. why ?! cox my sale is gd mahz .. manage to persuade my customer to buy the show .. at least $100+ / customer and it like 2 or 3 customer buying .. heex =) and my customer praise my service .. hahaz .. getting along very well wif my colleuges pleased me the most .. i like them !! except some .. oopps !! hahaz .. near to the end of work .. like around 9pm+ something unplesant happen and i. pissed off !! kaoz .. there are two customer todae who spolit my dae .. and it happen at same time 9pm+ .. Customer 1 : Mr. A (Teenager) Customer 2: Mr.B (Adult) both nt related ..but pissed me off .. Mr.A wanted to change the DVD he bought Reason: the DVD did not show the Army and Monster he seen on the cover page wat the =.=''' i explain : we will only change if the DVDs is spoilt .. if itz nt up to ur expectation den sry .. cox expectation is very subjective .. i mean .. itz stupid larz .. Mr.A: (di di nium) .. but he nv show the monster and army wat .. i buy because i wan to see them .. if they are nt there i buy for wat .. other shop let me change lex .. something i can settle on my own level .. so i let him change .. 1st mistake .. he SUPER picky .. i mean at Dallas i tink i.m the most patient one liaoz .. I cant stand him .. recommend tiz he dun wan , recommend him dat he aso dun wan Reason ?! : cox dun haf Fariy, Monster, Kung-Fu, Love .. gt this dun haf tat , kind of nonsense ... i really cannot take it .. cox while explaining 2 him, i already bu shuang liaoz .. cox he kip wanting me to let him change , nw let him change he so picky .. i ren .. cox thatz my job .. problem is dat even my colleuges aso kip he too much and ask me to siam ! i did .. but i dun like to do things halfway .. Mr.A is smaller den me .. so he call me Jie-jie .. first time listen still okiex .. but he kip calling & calling to ask me tiz & dat and nt wanting in the end .. pissed me off .. tiz is when Mr.B comes in .. he abit werid werid de .. my china colleuges serving him mahz .. his leg gt abit problem.. he asking abt Ten Commardents (if u are a christ , u shld noe, coz it impt to em') my china frenx dunnoe english so called me to help .. i take the DVDs to him and he kip asking why the lenght so long .. i explain and show him that VCDs package is shorter than DvDs .. he dun understand .. i explained and explained .. i still nt pissed off .. until .. he suddenly sae " .. nw people very stubborn .. we must obey God .." ( and some more but i 4get .. ) i respect his religion so i continue to explain the DvD and VcD to him .. den we went to look at other Dvd abt Gods.. saying werid things like: the Ten Commardents different, people stubborn .. sort of things werid weird .. and at that point of time he refer to my China Colleuges my anger raised .. i felt very angry (cox Mr.A kip asking me and nt buying, so fan) i sternly sae to Mr.B : My frenz frm China, how can u expect her to noe Ten Commardents?! and you sae in english .. if u sae in chinese it wont be likdat .. cox she noe .. i mean how can u sae her ?! Mr.B: No no .. i did nt sae her .. u mistaken ..u mistaken Fine !! i winked at my colleuges and indicate he werid werid .. he saw it ! oopps ... so ?! and they signal me to siam .. i hate it .. todae so happy but at the end meet Mr.A and Mr.B Being nagged by Mr.A again ..he wanted to but the DvD which cost $18 kip pleading me to lower cost cox opp side selling at $10 but mine gt english subtitle lex .. so i firmly sae NO.. he shortchange me .. ( cox he nid to add $10 more ) i counted in frt of him and sae N0 $10 means $10 .. no bargain .. and i asked him again and again if he is sure of wat he want .. he agree (after around 5-10mins ?!) finally .. pay up .. i juz cut my nail mahz .. so cant take of the plastic cover and he insist i do it .. i pissed off .. tell him to do it himself (i jie-jie lex ..) he aso gt no nail .. kaoz .. nxt cum in Mr.B sae werid werid things like: i want face-to-face talik i noe something and it hurt my heart .. so creepy !!!! luckie they go off at same time .. haiz .. werid werid... |
