26Oct2008 Sunny I AM SO ANGRY TODAY .. IDIOT ... Today damm idiot .. seriously idiot .. I HATE DOING TESTING FOR SPOILT DvDs seriously idiot customer and attiude .. kaoz .. wth~ todae dunnoe why so suay .. tio 3 cases .. kaox ... 1st case : Customer A i was serving halfway wen LiShan pass me a disc do testing Reason: Auntie Dorren told Customer A dat the DVD got 5 show but end up only got 4 .. so he complain lox .. i explained dat i nid to do testing for him and check mahx .. he kip di di niam .. kip complaining sae dat we told him if anything wrong can change de .. even crazy enough to sae dat he will sue us if he dat time got record wat we sae down .. WTF ... kip complaining .. and i was busy searching for the remote control and by the time i found it ZM was near me .. first i got the wrong remote *idiot me* and kanna suan by ZM second, he sae why i use dat DVD player .. tio again , 2nd time .. den he just take away the DVD and do the checking .. wat the .. ?! he check and found its really 4 show and ask the Customer A to change other show .. before leaving , u noe wat ?! ZM give me the disc and told me why i cant even handle this small case .. WTF ?! excuse me .. if u idnt just take away the disc , i tink i can handle lox .. I was so angry sia .. dat i jux thrust the DVD into his hand and screamed at him .. i was seriously angry and walked off .. kaox .. after dat ZM go and "sae" auntie Dorren and made up wif me .. i sae Sorry to him cox itz my fault to scream at him .. but i am angry .. dat idiot customer kip nium and ZM juz give him back the $$ IDIOT .. 2nd Case : Customer B this Grandma sae dat the disc kip stoppinh at the place .. cant move .. fei hua .. cox at the menue mahx .. ZM busy so ask me take over .. before dat he tell me dat he is not gg to change for her .. i tested and even convience tat grandma tat tiz happen cox she dunnoe how to use her DVD player ... den .. Uncle Hup came .. they converse in Canto which i dun understand .. and before gg off Uncle Hup sae change for her .. i respect him so i change ma .. dat Grandma kip nagging sae bus fare expensive .. and insist i change since Uncle Hup sae can .. ZM face black like siao .. i walked over i asked Why .. he jus sae : you shld noe why i angry .. den sae i 没足见 .. walau .. tio again .. and sae nxt time if anything happen find Uncle Hup not him .. i explain dat i respect Uncle mahx .. he sae it is not matter of respect .. i already win by conviencing dat Grandma .. why in the end i change for her lex .. and he sae he gt tell me NOT to change .. haiz .. and sae i nid more experience in handling this type of 人情事故 .. i reflect and tink itx true .. ZM is the supervisor and i did manage to convience dat Granny .. why did i change ?! plus .. if we change mean its our fault le arhx .. haix .. i hate Human Relationship problem .. one side u nid to respect .. the other side u nid to obey .. kaoz .. 3rd case : Customer C he is an idiot who speak so LOUD .. tink i am deaf ?? he sae his disc gt problem but tested nth wrong .. idiot .. kip scolding me loudly .. i aso 火大 arhx so aso tok back .. he den take out the Disc and sae old customer still likdat can even change a disc and walked off .. so people ard u noe .. IDIOT .. why is it me again .. i was pissed off .. and ZM sae loudly : Dat guy siaox de .. this is my day at Dallas .. idiot .. todae damm pissed off and dunnoe why all tio me ... the 2nd case made ZM nagged me the whole afternoon .. hence, i seriously hate doing testing .. nxt customer doing testing from me wif attitude problem nid to watch out ..hahax .. cox i tink i will 火大 .. hahax ...=) Labels: wat a bad day for me |
